Facilities & Services
Parklands Gold Coast is a multi use facility administered by the Trustees of Southport Showground Recreation and Racecourse Reserve. The complex is situated only 5kms from the centre of Southport, and covers an area of 47 hectares (116 acres).
The Trust is a non-profit organisation appointed by the Queensland Government and is registered to operate the Parklands facility and its affairs under the business name of Parklands Gold Coast.
Parklands Gold Coast is home to the Gold Coast Show Society and the Gold Coast Harness Racing Club who operate from and control these respective activities. Parklands also has six function rooms that can accommodate 40 to 800 guests, which are available for corporate functions and conferences and private functions.

Entry to the carpark is via two entries; the upper entry 1 off the roundabout and the lower entry 2 off Parklands Drive closer to Smith Street.

Our 6 modern function rooms can accommodate and cater for 40 to 800 guests. From each of the rooms, you will enjoy the tranquillity and natural parklands that surround this elegant complex.
Pavilions
In our showgrounds, we have 3 pavilions available for hire to accommodate any type of event you may wish to hold. These pavilions range from 667 square metres to over 2,500 square metres.

These immaculately, maintained grounds can be divided into 4 different areas which can be used in combination with our pavilions to hold all types of events, from home and lifestyle to motor and trade shows. You are only limited by your imagination.
